Whether you're a fan of a night at the theatre and concerts or prefer a quiet afternoon perusing an art gallery, 澳门六合彩 has what you鈥檙e looking for.
At 澳门六合彩, artists 鈥 musicians, painters, writers, actors, sculptors 鈥 constitute a vibrant community. Students can dig deep in their artistic discipline or collaborate with fellow creators in cross-disciplinary projects.聽
There are plenty of opportunities to experience the arts and outlets for student work to be shared. The umbrella for arts on campus, Arts in Bloom, celebrates the value of the arts and enriches lives throughout our community by producing and promoting a robust performing and visual arts schedule that includes renowned visiting artists and companies, and resident student producers.
Headline performances over the years have included touring productions of 鈥淎merican Idiot,鈥 the Illusionists from American鈥檚 Got Talent, Wynton Marsalis, and Shaping Sound by Travis Wall.
BU鈥檚 musical ensembles are extensive 鈥 including several choirs, an orchestra, concert band, jazz ensemble, and individual ensembles for guitar, percussion, and wind. There鈥檚 an active piano program on campus and, of course, the spirited Husky Marching Band.
The BU Players, who have alumni performing in films and television, stage a large production each semester along with smaller shows that often highlight the creativity of student playwrights. The BU Players also share a theatre downtown with the nationally-known 澳门六合彩 Theatre Ensemble.聽
Arts galleries abound, with rotating exhibits of both students and artists from across the country featured in Haas Center for the Arts and the Greenly Center downtown.聽
And our Multicultural Center brings speakers, performers and exhibits to campus that will enhance your understanding of people from across the world.
